Werner is a very pro-active and initiative sales person with very large network, deep financial knowledge and great empathy. He spent his professional career at Merrill Lynch, Swiss Capital Group, Mirabaud, among others. He was also the initiator and founder of Tavis Capital AG, a provider of mezzanine investment funds. Werner brings the important points to the table very quickly and has a very fast grasp. His many years of experience in the field of institutional as well as private clients are fully at your disposal. He has been doing endurance sports for many years (Ironman Triathlon, cycling, running, Nordic skating, climbing), is happily married and has two children.
Joe is an entrepreneurial thinking Person with a lot of energy and Humor, as well as multi cultural and international very experienced Manager with big knowledge and competencies in: Insurance, Distribution, Risk Management, Change Management, General Management, Strategy Development and Execution.
His analytical thinking, completed by clear logic allows him to accomplish different challenging tasks and projects.Behaving always fairly and the skill to listen to people, completed by extraordinary communication skills helped him sustainably execute and finalise very difficult change processes. Joe spent his entire professional career with the Zurich insurance group, ultimately as a member of the executive board. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Zurich Invest (Zurich Anlagestiftung) to this day.
